Each booking guarantees a confirmed bed for the selected date.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free admission process, patients are advised to report to the hospital reception on the chosen date and within the allotted time.

The hospital offers round-the-clock assistance, including help with admission, room guidance, insurance coordination, and medical support. Our dedicated support team is here to help you at every step.

Important:

A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹4,500 is charged to block a bed in advance.
This payment ensures a confirmed and convenient admission on the selected date.

🔁 Payment & Refund Policy

₹4,500/- is a non-refundable convenience fee charged to block a bed in advance, ensuring a smooth and confirmed admission for the following day.

Important:

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, cancellations by the patient, or change of mind after the payment has been made.
  • The convenience fee is not transferable to another date or patient.
  • This fee covers only the bed reservation service and does not include any medical consultations, procedures, or treatment charges.
  • In case the hospital is unable to provide the booked bed due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements will be made or a refund will be issued at the hospital's discretion.
💼 Bed Booking Advance Policy (Convenience Fee)
  • The ₹4500/- convenience fee is an advance booking charge for assured bed reservation.
  • This amount is typically less than ½ to ⅓ of the daily room rent and will neither be adjusted in room rent nor be refundable.
  • The fee is non-refundable in case of:
    • Patient no-shows.
    • Admission delays or cancellations by the patient.
    • Change in booking date without prior approval.
  • Refund is applicable only if the hospital fails to provide the reserved bed on the scheduled date.
  • Booking is valid only for the mentioned date and time
  • The fee includes:
    • Administrative coordination
    • Advance bed reservation
    • Priority bed allocation

Booking is valid for the specified date only, and is subject to hospital availability.

This fee does not cover medical treatment or hospital stay charges, which will be billed separately as per hospital policy.

By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge that:

  • You have understood the purpose and validity of this payment.
  • You accept all terms, including the non-refundable clause (except in hospital cancellation).
  • You agree to abide by all hospital regulations during your stay.

Misuse or fraudulent activity will lead to cancellation of the booking without refund and may attract legal action.
