Cancellation & Payment Refund Policy
1. Cancellation

• If appointments are cancelled or postponed by the consultant we will attempt to contact you and refund the amount on verification and confirmation by the concerned consultant. You may book new appointment as per your convenience or visit sgrh.com for new booking.
• If you are unable to make your appointment then you should cancel the appointment by using the link integrated in the email confirmation mail.
• Once cancellation request has been received and verified, an email will be sent to inform that the refund request has been accepted or rejected.

2. Refunds

• Upon receipt of a valid cancelation of the appointment, we will refund the money in a way the payment was received. If the payment was by Credit/ Debit Card/UPI or Net-Banking, we will refund through the Credit/UPI or Net-Banking account. Refunds are normally processed in 5 working days. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account/ accountholder’s bank account as that is managed by the respective issuing banks/UPI agencies.
• You will be provided with refund reference number for further communication with your bank.
• No refunds / cancellation requests shall be entertained in case of payment against Services received.
• You will be entitled for refund only when the amount has been credited in the Bank Account of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (SGRH).
• Under no circumstances, cash will be refunded against any cancellation.

3. Refund for incomplete video session

• In the case of video consultation, if due to network connectivity issue from SGRH, the video session is not completed, then SGRH may provide refund. However, doctor will confirm to this effect and his decision would be final in this regard.

4. Late or missing refunds
If the refund is not received within the stipulated time
a) Re-check the bank account
b) Contact the credit card company as it takes some time to officially notify the refund.
c) Still if the refund has not received then please send mail to Mr. Gurjeet Singh at email address gurjeet.singh@sgrh.com.

If due to a network issue from doctor side , you are not able to complete the video session then SGRH support may provide a refund or book a new video consultation for you free of cost. However it is done based on the sole decretion of Doctor and which cannot be appealed against.

5. Other Terms and conditions

• SGRH shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, if incorrect or inaccurate credit / debit card/ Bank Account details are provided by you for making the payment of consultation Fees or you use a credit/ debit card/Bank Account which is not lawfully owned by you or if you permit a third party to use your password or other means to access your account
• Refunds may be made in case a request is raised by the user by clicking the cancel button in the user dashboard in SGRH website within the stipulated deadline.
• Refunds will only be made against genuine and trackable cancellation requests generated by you by clicking on the cancellation button provided in the SGRH user dashboard in your SGRH account.
• Refund request against delays, nature of advice obtained, efficacy of treatment, health outcomes of consultation will not be entertained.
• SGRH reserves the right to modify / implement a new pricing structure at any time prior to billing you for your initial payment or for future payments.


6. Non-Refundable
• Fees associated with the service change are non-refundable.
• Service charge will be beared by the customer.

Completed appointments or missed appointments (if applicable)

Unfortunately completed or missed appointments fees cannot be refunded.
